New shipping containers, more commonly referred to as One-Trips, are the best quality container available on the market. These containers are manufactured overseas, used once for cargo and then sold. 

 

Used shipping containers are ideal for those who are less concerned with aesthetics and are looking to bridge the gap between function and cost. These containers may have cosmetic flaws including dents, hammer marks, blemishes, etc. With proper maintenance and care, used shipping containers will last for years to come. Used containers are offered in 3 different conditions:

• As Is - Containers that have been taken out of commission in the shipping industry. Will typically have some damage and/or defects.

• Wind & Water Tight - Blocks dust, wind, and water from entering the cargo unit, avoiding any harm to the contents inside. 

• Cargo Worthy - Deemed suitable to ship goods overseas and require a proper survey prior to maritime use. Because these are used, please note that cargo-worthy containers may still have surface rust and dents.

High-cube shipping containers are one foot taller than standard shipping containers. High cubes have the same floor space as standard dry containers, but the extra height adds storage space which enables them to meet more cargo demands.
